Teens and Adult Education Solutions (TADES)
Teens and Adult Education Solutions (TADES) is an incorporated organization founded in 2019 by trained and experienced Canadian educators with over 30 years of experience. We focus on empowering teens and adults to reach their full potential through capacity-building activities in the community.
We implement activities that help set teens and adults in Canada and internationally on the right path towards success by equipping them with necessary skill set and belief system. This will enable them to achieve their most ambitious goals in culturally-sensitive and language-appropriate settings. We inspire them to reach above the stars.
Our Mission
The Mission of “TADES” is to provide an added educational environment for at-risk students particularly in the visible minority and low-income communities in the form of extra support towards achievement and attainment of a high school diploma. Our mission also recognizes the needs of intending immigrants and newcomers to Canada.
“TADES” has the following objectives:
- To provide a safe and welcoming physical and virtual environment that at-risk students can access for homework completion, tutoring and coaching after school hours.
- To promote appropriate innovative technology and best available research tools that enhance and improve the learning process.
- To provide intellectually engaging forum that educational institutions and community partners utilize to address the complexity of at-risk student learning and achievement level.
- To sensitize, lobby and advocate for minority students’ continuous educational and professional development principles.
